No one tells you how uncool and not fun being an adult is (sometimes). Absolutely no one tells you that being a wife, mother, having a job–let alone a career while staying healthy, happy, and sane leads occasionally (if not often) to temper tantrum worthy levels of frustration.
This gig is not for sissies. It’s not for the faint of heart. It’s not always fun, but it’s completely worth it.
Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, you work at home or have a career outside of the home, or both, this is a life’s work like no other, and it’s helpful to have support. It’s nice to find other like-minded mommies out there that get the exhaustion, frustration, and the complete joy of it all. That’s us at Nomad Mom Life. We get you.

At Nomad Mom Life, we wanna be the one place where you can let your ‘mama’s going crazy’ flag fly. It’s a place to unload, decompress, share your experience, and get some support or at least a virtual pat on the back.
Who am I?
I’m The Nomad Mom. My name is Ciara, and I’m a wife, mother, writer, blogger, and life coach. I’m married to a wonderful man. We have two adorable little munchkins, and after the birth of our first child, I realized there aren’t many places where women are honest about how hard marriage, parenting, work, and life are to balance without genuine support.
Oh and did I mention, we move every 2 to 3 years? That’s why I’m The Nomad Mom. I don’t stay put. We’re currently living in
Dominican Republic, U.S., Taiwan, China.
I started Nomad Mom Life to chronical my journey around the world, with the husband, and kids as I build my location-independent empire.
It’s not easy, and it gets pretty lonely. But I hope my (sometimes) chaotic life makes it ok to share the good, bad, and smelly parts of YOUR lives. Ultimately, I want us—you and me—to create a community for each other and all the other lonely mamas out there who need the sisterhood to be virtual.
So this is your place. Be a part of our community so you can create the flexible lifestyle YOU want and need. It doesn’t have to be location-independent. You can build a business at your kitchen table. Follow me. Use my nomad business tools and build a better stronger saner life for all that you do.
